Mental Omega is a free unofficial expansion pack for Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge, which retells, expands and continues the story of the original game. Enhanced with Ares DLL, Mental Omega strives to bring many new features to the game, including a 133-mission campaign, cooperative and a brand new faction: the Foehn Revolt.

The latest version of Mental Omega is 3.3.6, which was released on October 29, 2021. This patch includes many bug fixes, balance changes, new maps, new units, new missions and more. You can read the full changelog [here].
To download Mental Omega 3.3.6, you need to have the base version of Mental Omega 3.3.0 installed first. You can download it from [ModDB]. The file size is about 403 MB and it contains all the necessary files to run the mod. You also need to have Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge installed on your computer, with patch version 1.001.
After downloading Mental Omega 3.3.0, you need to extract the contents of the ZIP file to your game directory, where Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge is installed. Then, you need to download the patch 3.3.6 from [ModDB] as well, and extract it to the same directory, overwriting any existing files.
You also need to download the soundtracks for Mental Omega separately, as they are not included in the mod files. There are two parts of the soundtracks, which you can download from [here] and [here]. The file sizes are about 200 MB and 300 MB respectively.
